  • Tips for sticker application
    Find an adequate surfaces (flat and smooth surfaces). Prepare the area by thoroughly cleaning/wiping the surface. We recommend using isopropyl alcohol to clean the surface of any oils and dust. Let surface dry of any cleaning products before applying sticker.

 

  • Final Product and design
    All final products sold does NOT include watermark. Refer to the catalogue/secret folder to reference the final product.

 

  • Checkout Instruction
    Customers have two options to checkout. Both of which uses Paypal as a processor. A Paypal account is NOT required to purchase. Customers may use the guest checkout option. Please refer to the checkout instruction for more information.

 

  • Size Guide
    Sizing indicated on the stickers are approximations. Due to the inherent design size (some designs are tall and skinny while other designs are short and wide) the sticker does not fill out the entire dimensions. Products will match either in height or width - whichever comes first.

 

  • Passcode/Locked Collections
    Some collections may be unavailable and can only be accessible for VIP/repeat customers. Passcode for these select collections may be provided to eligible customers.

 

  • What is the return/exchange policy?
    All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. We are more than happy to refund or replace any manufacturing defects. Please email us at management@screationsmore.com if you received faulty products.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship internationally to certain countries. Currently we are not shipping to countries specifically within the European Union. You can see if your country is available for shipping at the checkout. We are not responsible for any lost packages or custom fees, duties, and tariffs.

 

  • When will I receive my order?
    Processing time is 1-5 business days, you will be notified once your package is shipped. Domestic shipping time is approximately 3-10 business days, and international shipping time may take up to 8 weeks. (Business days excludes weekends and any statutory holidays)

 

  • Can I cancel or make changes to my order? 
    Please email us at management@screationsmore.com within 24 hours to make any changes or cancel your order. We may not be able to cancel or make changes if the order has already been processed/shipped.

 

  • Orders not delivered/returned to sender/wrong address
    We will do our best to remedy the issue. If an item was marked incorrectly as delivered, please check all premises, with neighbours, and wait till the next day before contacting us. If your package never arrived, please reach out to the shipping company connected to your tracking number, and ask for a status update/file a package claim as required. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
